You will receive the voucher file in your e-mail within 24 hours of purchase. In addition, the final voucher will include the validity and frequency of the subscription. Upon receipt, the voucher must be activated using a QR code or by visiting www.elementscoffee.cz/aktivace - the recipient chooses the type of coffee, grinding and when he wants to start receiving a subscription. Preferences can be changed during the subscription - just send us an email in advance to change the next coffee. The size of the package is determined by the purchase of the voucher and cannot be changed. The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase.

If you have not chosen the option of printing on our paper and sending it, you will receive a voucher to your email within 24 hours. If you wish to print the voucher, you will receive it in the mailbox within 5 days of ordering (probably within 3).

Grinding:

Coarse = Czech "Turk", French Press, Cold Brew

Medium = drip, chemex, mocha teapot

Fine = espresso (lever, automatic coffee machine), Turkish coffee 

 

Tip: in general, the roughness of grinding affects the extraction rate (the finer the grinding, the faster). This affects the taste - the longer the extraction, the more bitter the coffee. That's why you can experiment with grinding - for example, you can also use medium grinding for french press - the coffee will be stronger and more bitter, but the log will not be fully filtered.
